DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! IN OCTOBER OF 2020 SENTRY SERVICES WAS ASSIGNED TO REPAIR A FREE STANDING KITCHEN RANGE BY MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND ADVISED THAT PART MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AND THE RANGE HAVE TO BE REPLACED. A FEW DAYS AFTER THE TECHNICIAN ADVISED THAT THE PART HAD BEEN LOCATED AND WOULD BE INSTALLED AS SOON AS HE RECEIVED IT. man came to check my dryer his name was torres he turns on dryer and says its working he was sent out because my dryer wasnt drying my clothes threw chioce homeowmers he said that i about flip out then he said my washer was not ringing my clothes out i said my washer works fine then he said well maybe a animal or something clog the vent on dryer but hes a big guy and cant get behind the dryer to take off the back i told him to move washer wow this man was a joke he takes off the back and clearing out the vent i have 3 baby 2... read more
Drivers are dangerous, proceeded to cut me off then run me off the road in a school zone. Driver speed away doing at least 75mph in a 45mph speed zone. If you have seen the Vans they drive you will understand why this behavior is so reckless. I've never been a customer, and now never will. Passing this and video along to everyone I know.
