I have been using Sentry for the past 10 years. When I bought my new house, I only had one company in mind. Even after several other companies knocked on my door and offered services, I still went with Sentry. They are locally owned and operated. If you have an issue or question you can call them and get an answer THAT DAY. If you need them to come out and look at something, you don't get put into a cue for the next available Tier 2, you get put on their schedule and know who is going to come into you home.
