Alister was incredible! From taking the time to answer our questions to understand your services and processes, to selecting effective products used are pet and wildlife safe, to his knowledge and experience as a true professional. Great customer service! I called 5 places and Sentry was the only one who returned my call more than one time until they reached me. I appreciated the extra mile they went to get my business. Spencer came out within 24 hours of connecting with me and assured me that their product was pet friendly. He took the time to explain how their product worked and told me what to expect. I woke up the next morning to many dead ants. Worked like a charm! Highly recommend.

Excellent service! I called to do a pest inspection on my mother's house in Victoria because she was moving into assisted living. Allister was phenomenal! The service was timely, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate recommending them to family and friends. Great job!

Really impressed with the service we received today, from Spencer! He was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about pest control. He took the time to answer questions, and explain the process of the service beforehand. We were having some construction done on our house & the crew uncovered some sort of pest issue. I called 3 different companies & Sentry called me back very quickly. They listened to my concerns & sent Spencer out the same afternoon. Spencer was very professional.
