I am afraid I didn't have a good experience. Friendly yes. But $500 dropped for squirrel removal from roof and they are still here! No traps were set, just one mesh put on possible entrance. I emailed they were still a problem but no response. No follow up. I have since bought traps from Amazon and I have to do the job myself. I think no garantee for removal of pests and no follow up is poor for $500 charge.
First Class: professional work and friendly people. They persist until the pests surrender. Not only did they get rid of my ants and mice, the Sentry team were easy-going and flexible when I wanted to change things. Sentry were the best, and they were a pleasure to deal with.
