Really impressed with the service we received today, from Spencer! He was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about pest control. He took the time to answer questions, and explain the process of the service beforehand. We were having some construction done on our house & the crew uncovered some sort of pest issue. I called 3 different companies & Sentry called me back very quickly. They listened to my concerns & sent Spencer out the same afternoon. Spencer was very professional. Spencer from Sentry was here the same afternoon I called and was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We live in a rural area and have both dogs, cats with regular visitors from our wilderness brood that include birds, bears, racoons and elk, so secondary poisoning was a concern. We have a carpenter ant infestation, which has been chronically intermittent, and Spencer explained both the animal friendly products and the service application needed to permanently have these pests eradicated.

First experience with pest control and couldn’t have been more pleased with the help I got from Sentry. They were exceptionally responsive and Spencer was at my house within a few hours. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. He explored my home thoroughly, narrowed down the problem, and suggested a solution. Costing was thoroughly explained and he got to work immediately. Highly recommend.

I had made a few calls to the bigger companies, to deal with an influx of rats on my property but they either didn't answer my call and the other one couldn't send anyone for 7 days! I was pretty distraught , but from the first call with Debbie, who was knowledgeable and warm, to the owner calling me back very quickly to book appointment the next morning!! Allister was amazing getting trap set and giving all the needed information. Support a local small business. Pests aren't fun. Ever. But these guys are pros
