Great customer service! I called 5 places and Sentry was the only one who returned my call more than one time until they reached me. I appreciated the extra mile they went to get my business. Spencer came out within 24 hours of connecting with me and assured me that their product was pet friendly. He took the time to explain how their product worked and told me what to expect. I woke up the next morning to many dead ants. Worked like a charm! Highly recommend.
“ The Wasp Guy “ and all the staff, from the office to the on site folks are top notch with communication and punctuality. I had a wasps nest that was out of control in my attic and within 3 days they were able to get out and look after it, also sprayed around the house, and the follow up has been great. Thanks again !! We phoned Sentry today regarding a large wasp problem at our strata complex. A very pleasant young lady took the information and we received a call from Allister, the owner, very soon after to arrange a site visit. Within two hours, Allister arrived, checked the area indicated, explained the situation and options, provided a quote and was able to complete the job immediately. We live next to a forested area and the home protection program is so perfect for our situation, keeping our home and property pest-free while using non-toxic products that keep our child safe.
