Our gutter above our entryway was leaking onto our outdoor outlet, which then shorted a GFI circuit and stopped the light in our shower. I emailed Katie. Of course she responded quickly and had a guy working on a fix within days.

I lived where this management company was responsible for maintenance. Many neighbors had fences and yards in disrepair, trash sitting in the back yard. After being here for six months, I left because I felt that the management was ignoring their responsibilities to maintaining properties.
These people cannot keep up with our HOA!! I closed on my house in April 2024. My bill for this years shows my HOA fees that were to have been paid at closing last April still on my annual bill and includes fees! This is not my fault! I have been trying for 3 months to get this taken care of and no one in the office seems to be able to fix it! Our HOA is quitting this management company in May!!! Praise the Lord!
