Sentry is very responsive and professional.
Please see attached photos. I just came home from work. The corner section on the TV nook were patched not replaced and two additional corner pieces one on garage and one by my back door were not addressed. This has been over 6 weeks since the repair request was submitted. Please address this situation as soon as possible. Next time please inform me of when the work will begin. No notifications were sent about the repair crew showing up for today.
I am very happy with my condo; however, I seem to have to submit documents twice for Katie.
I am extremely pleased with the Representative and the service she gives to our community.
