I requested insurance through this network. They gave me super expensive plan that didn't even cover my car I called and cancelled the plan they said I'm still liable to pay I said no I'm not. So they cancelled my plan and still charged me $345 I said I shouldn't have to pay it and they sent it to collections to be on my credit report in Waring you please don't do business with these people they are liars

On May 19th, I was rear ended at a red light and my claim STILL isn’t settled three months later. The guy who hit me has Sentry Insurance, and I was not at fault. To make things even worse, I didn’t receive a rental car until July 28th. I commute for work, and this has caused me to lose thousands of dollars in income and they are refusing to reimburse me for lost wages. Do not use this company! All the 6 employees I spoke with were very unkind and uneducated! Saying they did not understand what a letter of explanation is! After finally getting some with a little sense not much I found out that they like to put accidents at fault for ever case to keep them with the lowest rate! Crazy 🤪 save yourself !
