Dispatcher was rude. She even stated she had other drivers calling about towing and that something must be wrong with their system. But instead of her trying to figure it out or listen she acted like she was transferring the call back to Dairyland insurance and sent me to the auto payment line after I stated I was not paying for something that I already pay in my insurance. I wish I could remember her name but definitely not a good look for the company.
