Dr Naidoo is a great doctor and very thorough. But this" NEW WAY "of booking or going over results is really long and drawn out and impersonal, plus I can't hear or understand what their saying half the time .it's like they're in a tunnel or a stairway talking though a tube. I've mentioned this plenty of times.I really miss the old-fashioned way of going to see your doctor. You call and book an appointment, go see your doctor . Will not pick up the phone, automated system is useless.
They cancel appointments without offering a new date, no one answers emails/calls and they never return calls, garbage company ran by garbage people.
No one turned up to the scheduled call.
