This is my second Lincoln MKC I have leased from Sentry Lincoln dealer in Medford. I have done business with Amel Memic both times,who has been very informative,friendly and honest it was a pleasure doing business with him!!I would recommend him to my friends and family!

I just purchased a 2018 Lincoln Navigator from Sentry Ford Lincoln in Medford. I worked with James Broderick (sales consultant) and Bernie Cherbistsky (sales manager). Both Jim and Bernie treated me with the utmost respect and worked with me to make a win win deal including a trade in. They made purchase process very easy, no stress and in fact held the vehicle for me on a handshake while I was away on travel. I just leased a new Lincoln MKC. I want to comment on the sales staff. Five stars does not say enough about Sonny Panebianco, sales consultant and Bernie Cherbitsky, sales manager. Purchasing a car and working with these two gentleman is always an easy process. They do not try to "sell" you a car. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Sentry, but the last one will be my last purchase from them. I have a problem with my air bag system. They can not fix it so they stoped responding with me, no return phone calls or email because they can not fix the problem. I am now trying to get Ford corporate to step in. Dont do it....
