I personally have witnessed unscrupulous behavior by the owner of this company. His business practices are extremely dishonest with his employees and his customers. If you have to order the kind of service he provides, I would look to the Phoenix area for an honest company to do business with. It is worth going WAY out of your way to get your inspections done.
