After a hail storm in 2017 I called JD at Sentry. JD personally came out the next day and went up to inspect my roof. When he came down he not only showed me pictures of the roof, but assured me my roof was in good shape and there wasn’t any damage. His exact words were “I wish I could sell you a new roof but I know insurance won’t approve this for you.” And he didn’t charge me to look at the roof.
