Poor customer service the, got an issue with my parking front sensors, Alex came over and assessed the sensors. Said he's gonna replace them since sensors are faulty and I couldn't get a hold on them ever since. Would NOT recommend it seems like they don't even exist.
Very poor customer service and window tinting via my new purchase from City Ford Alexandria. Windows were bubbling and the tint was trimmed short which left an ugly clear gap at the top. Ended up just getting the whole car retinted again to avoid the headache of their long and arduous process to rectify a simple issue. Sadly would not recommend this service directly through the dealership, probably better of to go directly to an external provider.

Great customer service. High quality tint, dash cam and paint protection work. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
