John is incredible at what he does! I thought I had a torn bicep and was in constant pain for ~5-6 weeks. The first week I was out of the gym and unable to lift weights at all. I was going to physical therapy 2x a week during this period as well. I saw some progress going to PT, but the pain stayed somewhat constant. After one treatment with John all of my pain went away with 24-48 hours! Feeling good as new and back in the gym able to do everything I was before my injury. Thanks John!
I'm so glad I was referred to Sentry& Sanctuary! I have two young children and I also play a high contact sport so my body takes a lot of impact. I have suffered with sciatica pain for over two years and John was able to significantly reduce the pain! The massage and cupping worked like magic. He is very kind and welcoming while also being professional and knowledgeable. His space is cozy, he explained everything before he did anything so I felt very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend seeing John for what ails ya!

John is a great massage therapist - He always makes sure you get the exact services you need, whether it's athletic recovery/sports massage or just a relaxing massage to release all the office-work shoulder tension! I've been seeing him for a few years now and his work on my shoulders and legs have definitely contributed to my continuing roller derby career/hobby
