Jon is obviously a master of his craft and can tell a lot about you and your body from the moment he gets started on the massage. I would highly recommend anyone come here if they are looking for a great relaxing massage or some muscular healing.
When I showed up to my first appointment I was in so much pain I could barely walk. Sentry and Sanctuary focused on giving me massage therapy that helped heal my back injury, but also focused on providing a space that made me feel safe and comfortable when I was in a vulnerable place. I am very grateful for your help. I would absolutely recommend this as a great resource for anyone suffering from back or body pain.
John is the best! I felt relief in my shoulder for the first time in years. Best of all, he is incredibly informative, giving me tips to strengthen certain areas for pain reduction and posture. He made a repeat client out of me with only one session so far. Highly recommend!
John is an extremely skilled practitioner! I have very complicated issues with my connective tissues (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, multiple deformities, multiple extensive surgeries on joints, ribcage, hips, etc) and he is very attentive and thoughtful with his work.
