Dont ever call for a small repair you can do your self it will cost you 90 plus dollars for 5 mins of their time the system they installed does not work like they told me it would so i can never fully arm my system���worthless all around worthless���

The big problem is the CONTRACT........read the fine print after buying all the equipment for over $1000 now that we are leaving town we find out we cannot cancel because we signed a 5 (that's right) year agreement.

Having worked for the company many years ago and knowing the outstanding service that they provide it was a no brainer when the decision came to set my mom up with a medical alert button as to which company I would feel "safe" with.......
