I signed up showing them the lease is for 3 years and they automatically added 2 more years saying that I have 5 year contract, when I have Original contract it says nothing about terms. And now back up battery is low they saying 160.00 just to have someone come and check. AND 69.00 FOR BATTERY. And we still paying monthly. The person over the phone the phone seems very unprofessionel. When I signed up they said they were local but actually they are from the bay. I miss mountain alarm .
