WOW! I wished I could award them more A's. The information and service provided by Kevin were flawless: eloquent, knowledgeable, and instructive Kevin did not attempt to sell me a product that I did not require. For my short run, there was no need to modify fancy vent tubing. I was not offered any additional services.
