Great experience! The facilities are top notch, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and everything for our surgery was explained perfectly. Going over all things about the surgery and making the process fast and easy made the experience enjoyable. Came here out of state and will come back for any other issues that arise in the future!
Amazing veterinary care. Doctors are knowledgable and experienced. I have confidence in the team.. Everyone was compassionate and made me feel like my dog was special and important. Amazing staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone from the schedulers to the techs and doctors answered my multiple questions patiently and made sure I understood everything presented to me - whether it was logistics of appointments or post op care. Great staff, communicative and helpful in every interaction. We had a pet emergency on a Sunday, our regular vet was closed. We chose Sentinel because of their location and access, but left with the plan to switch providers. Great communication, incredible staff put us at ease during a pet emergency, followup support and long term care for the WIN. Thank you!
