We have had many late-night ER visits, and the staff is always caring and professional.
I had a great experience with Wednesdays surgery. We got a referral for a leg injury she got a couple months ago and this team was very patient with all of my questions as well as caring for my dog the way I do. They were empathetic, knowledgeable and gave me options. The referral only took a couple days to be seen and she had surgery right after her physical inspection and we were home that night for recovery. Dr. Wright was very thorough in diagnosing my cat from major to minor issues with tools that were less intrusive than my vet and I expected. My cat is already feeling better with the adjustment to her thyroid medication and treatment for a URI. While it was expensive, it was worth it to find the multiple potential causes for her behavior and immediate and long-term treatment options.
Sentinel Veterinary has helped me with both of my elderly kitties and have done so with great kindness & compassion for both my pets and myself. I appreciate not only the quality of care that was received by my pets but the way in which that staff dealt with my admittedly emotional self.
