I always had good experience with Sentinel be it in Edmonton or here in Vancouver. The manager Kiran is very helpful in ensuring you get the right unit and the deal!
Varun was super helpful with explaining the storage process and a first time self storage user! Had a great time checking out the place. Very happy with the prices and service!
Me and my girlfriend have just moved to Canada from the UK so we needed to put some of our luggage into storage. Both Kiran and Varun at the Laurel St store were extremely helpful and friendly. They even gave us some tips about moving to Canada and settling in. It was a really lovely & warm welcome.
I highly recommend the Sentinel Storage facilities in Vancouver because I've used them to store my mother's apartment furniture when she died in 2017 and found their services very professional. I used them again on February 18, 2025, to store things from my garage and they assigned me a unit where everything just fitted. They were extremely accommodating, friendly and courteous.
