This is a well run place.- easy to access, super clean & just as important for me was the speedy call backs/emails answering my questions. They go above & beyond to help if needed. I will go here again if I need storage & recommend this location completely.
refrain from signing with this company at ALL COSTS. Takes advantage of customers and advertise false deals charging over triple the amount on numerous occasions. Front desk is beyond rude and dismissive, Simply a money grab & do not assist customers accordingly. At the time of leaving two other customers explained same frustrations and have cancelled.
UPDATE: BE CAREFUL!!! They are on a 28 day billing cycle (4 weeks) and NOT monthly. You will end up paying 13 billing payments per year, instead of 12. Be careful with this. If you put a friend on your emergency contact, and then REFER them through their referral program (up to $100), you WILL NOT get the $100 referral bonus because they are on your 'emergency contact.' This is late in coming. I used this storage that came highly recommended through my Estate Planner. I kept family items till they could be shipped to California. The assistant manager Carlos Cordoba was so incredibly helpful , and kind during this emotional time. I received great pricing , great service and he explained how everything worked at the storage.
