Good location, nice storage, professional staff in good service
Company doesn't disclose the fact that they will increase your rent only 6 months after you've been there by almost 20%. This information was not portrayed to me at all upon signing my rental agreement. Sneaky business practices. Just make sure you understand that you rent WILL go up by a lot after 6-9 months. My partner and I have had nothing but troubles with this company upon joining. It took them 6 weeks to fix a lightbulb in my partners storage unit. They kept making excuses.
