Excellent experience and customer service.
Love that it is a Canadian company, the facilities are clean and well managed and secure, every point of contact over the phone and in person the customer service was amazing, particularly with Adi on the phone, and in person at the Laurel Street location in Vancouver with Chavan and Rocia. Excellent customer care.
Highly recommend this storage unit. Easy, quick and staff is great at responding emails/inquiries.
