I rented a walk in unit here, which is a container outside their building. The floor was always wet whenever it rains. I talked to the manager but he said there was nothing he can do until I move out. To be fair, he offered me a smaller indoor unit but I have to move all of my stuff to the new unit myself. I just don't have the time. After seeing the wet floor today, I had enough and finally decided to move to another storage company. I had an excellent experience thanks to Don, the store manager. He went above and beyond by taking the time to walk us through different storage units and really understand what we needed. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find someone who listens first and makes sure you get the right fit, but Don did exactly that. Highly recommend working with him!
