My small indoor unit is clean and dry. The gate doesn't have a "Sensor Key", so you must get out of the car to enter a code, same for when leaving.
Ladies in the office are very accommodating and informative. Always offering a smile and pleasant to deal with. Storage facility is well kept for an older establishment. Pricing seems to be market rates. Update: had to adjust rating to 4 stars. Tried returning some mattress covers (unopened) that I purchased as I didn’t need them. Was informed that their policy states no returns on packing materials. I asked if I could exchange for some packing boxes and they said no also.
