I walked into sentinel storage in mission BC and I want to tell you how happy I am with the service here. When I walked In I was cheerfully treated with the lovely kirandeep Kaur, this person was not only professional but was also very personable as well, we had a great conversation as she brought me on a tour of the facility. Excellent service! Ria was phenomenal. I've never had better service at a storage facility. The poor thing was on her own on a busy Saturday, so I had to wait. But she made my experience 10/10. I think they need another person helping on a weekend. Great prices here too!
this was my first time renting from Sentinel storage , I went to the mission store and was greeted by a very happy hello from Kaur Kirandeep I found my experience very welcoming and friendly. Kaur was very helpful answering my questions and informing me on what they offer i found the tour of the place also helped get a better idea thank you
Everyone at Sentinel Storage was very friendly and helpful through the process of renting three large drivevup storage lockers from their facility. The lockers were clean and anytime we had an issue we could always bring it up with management and they were very kind and one out of their way to resolve any issues that we had. I would recommend them highly and will use them again in the future!
