Olena was great. Very informative, personable, and friendly. She was very helpful in our time of need. The unit I rented was clean, has fire protection, elevated up off the ground to prevent water running in during rains, melts, etc. A definite go-to business for storage, as well as, providing lots of moving materials to help out.
Very smooth onboarding and flexible. Tends to have good promotional periods with price reductions. I kept my car in a locker for the winter, and it was easy to transfer to a smaller unit when I didn't need the extra space any longer.
Lady working there (Oloa) was great. Very good at your job. Nice lady
Sherry and Maria are the sweetest people ever and did an amazing job explaining everything and working with us when we needed it
