Not a great experience overall. Customer service was lacking and I had continuous issues. Ended up leaving the facility to go elsewhere.
The service at Sentinel was beyond expectations. The front desk staff were always friendly and very understanding. I never felt rushed or ignored. I would recommend Sentinel for any storage needs.
