Gentlemen were very helpful and straight forward. Was a joy to talk and deal with them at the north location.
Great staff to deal with, had an issue with gate access due to a computer glitch, but it was resolved quickly. The storage unit was clean, location was clean and easily accessible
The Customer Service Representative, whose first name is Anna, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent service at the front end, an excellent and sealed unit so no mice, and excellent end of contract service. Have used in Edmonton and Vancouver and very happy with both units.
