Dean and Jason are the definition of professional. They discovered our unit was not securely locked after my visit and notified me. I found it quite easy to just walk in and sign up for a unit! Dean made the whole process light and friendly. I got a pretty good deal on the first couple months of my lease and the facility has always been clean and safe every time I’ve popped into my unit to pick up/drop off something. I even ran into dean sweeping the hallways once :) I’ll continue to store here because of how simple the flow is, whether self serve or not.
Friendly and professional staff. They answered all my questions and gave me all the important information I needed. The facility is easy to access and the unit was clean and met my storage needs perfectly.
