Horrible service! I’ve rented from here many times n had a great experience until today. I am not happy and very disappointed. First I was told that I could rent a storage unit from them n that they closed at 5 then 10 mins before 5 they tell me I’m not able to rent till Monday when I already had all my stuff unloaded then they tell me everything has to be out by 5. We had a very seamless process renting our unit. I had originally called to take advantage of a limited time deal and was willing to pay the extra week but the manager allowed me to delay our move in by a week and still honour the deal. The storage facility was very convenient to access as the hours of entry went quite late into the evening and entrance using a personal code was very easy.
