Hailey has been a doll. Honestly thank you for putting up with my back and forth and all my questions. Walking in the freezing cold with me to look at units. But honestly your help has been amazing so nice so professional and made the experience and stress of all of this moving stuff much easier
Earlier this month, I began renting a unit at this location while in a deeply painful personal situation. Sabrina was so kind and patient and made me feel so comfortable during the entire interaction. She made it the best experience out of a terrible situation and I could not recommend this location enough. I felt so taken care of. 10/10 customer service
My original booking for a heated stall for my truck at 33rd Ave. storage was a wash because it didn't fit but Windermere location came to the rescue and fit me in at the last minute for the agreed original discount. Good people, I recommend and will use again.
