Earlier this month, I began renting a unit at this location while in a deeply painful personal situation. Sabrina was so kind and patient and made me feel so comfortable during the entire interaction. She made it the best experience out of a terrible situation and I could not recommend this location enough. I felt so taken care of. 10/10 customer service
My original booking for a heated stall for my truck at 33rd Ave. storage was a wash because it didn't fit but Windermere location came to the rescue and fit me in at the last minute for the agreed original discount. Good people, I recommend and will use again.
Sabrina is a doll very helpful and straightforward. Easy to set up account and find appropriate storage unit I needed. I’m a longtime client of sentinel storage. Very clean safe units. Responsive staff despite it being a very busy business
