Had a great experience thanks to the Assistant Store manager, Kencey Grenville. She was quick, informative, and made getting a storage space easy from start to finish. Highly recommend
Was promised access to my unit 6am-11pm. Knowing this, I plan a fairly inconvenient trip to my unit at 830pm. Upon arriving my code doesn’t work, no staff is available and nobody is manning a phone line. After being promised the hours I would have access this is very disappointing and I will not be bringing my business back. I strongly advise others to stay away as well if your time matters to you at all.
