Les Was a great help and a breath of fresh air truly great example of what amazing customer service is.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Sentinel Storage. Their AI phone system is a complete mess. There's no clear path to a human. And if you can't get your gate code or access your account, you're just stuck. I couldn't get in and then I couldn't even create an online account because it requires the very code I couldn't get. The whole setup feels unreliable and frankly careless. If access and basic support matter to you, look elsewhere.

I rented a 10×10 ft storage unit while I was moving, and Sentinel Storage was a great choice. The customer service is friendly, and the long operating hours make it very convenient to access your belongings whenever you need them. The self-service setup makes dropping off or picking up items easy. There are also 8–9 trolleys available, motion-sensor lights throughout the storage area, and a clean bathroom on the main floor.
