I have rented with this facility over numerous times over the years and always have had a terrific experience. Pawel and Dillon have always found the perfect size storage unit for my needs . They are knowledgeable, professional and quick. The facility has always been clean and safe.
Pawel help me a lot for my first time renting this kind of facilities The unit I rented are belong of my expectation Thank you Pawel for it I bought a lock there for 20$. If you have house insurance you can add the storage unit rented , if you don’t I’ve one you will have to pay 20$ after the first 4 weeks
I’m extremely disappointed I pay $154/month for a 5x5 unit and my unit was broken into. They called me the day they found it and said they’d send a photo of the damage, it took a whole week and me following up just to get it. They won’t even provide security footage or any real help. I have no idea how this place has 4.6 stars. Totally unhelpful, overpriced, and unsafe.
Awesome experience and very kind and helpful
Had to move urgently and needed storage. Setup was extremely easy and quick, and it was sorted in about 1 hour. Move out was even easier, and stress free. Access hours to the facility are very reasonable so it was easy to move in and out within 1 day. Overall, dealing with Sentinel has been hassle free and they have been very understanding and accommodating. I would highly recommend!
