I am so glad I switched to Sentinel! The facility is clean and very secure. The access hours are great and the flexibility of the lease is ideal. Hailey, the representative who helped me, and co-worker Laura, were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!
Super easy to deal with. I had Hailey and she was awesome and the other lady (didnt catch her name) was awesome too! And they've got a great promo on rn!(63rd ave)
I booked my storage unit over the phone and the agent didn’t give me all the details, but when I arrived, Haley was super nice and helpful even though I showed up at the last minute. She explained everything in detail, gave me a tour of the building, and was proactive and friendly in engaging with me. Highly recommend this establishment if you’re needing a place for your belongings!
First of all to begin, I would like to express my gratitude to Hailey for being the first welcoming voice I encountered at this establishment. (and the young lady sitting beside her LC) However, following my conversation with her, I was referred to the store manager Dorinda. Dorinda's demeanor has been consistently unpleasant since day one.
