Great initial setup where we were helped by Elton & John (not the singer). Got a great deal on storage for 2 months for our trailer and lots of stuff. Terrible experience on phone with people who couldn't speak English fluently and were unhelpful and frustrating to renew afterwards.

Visited office to finalize rental of satellite location. Excellent service from Cristina who was very helpful in confirming our size choice and providing all the information needed for our rental.
Wow such friendly service and support! Dianne is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the fees and processes as well as available support if I have any questions or issues. I also received a 50% discount for 12 weeks which is really helpful right now. The unit is clean and easily accessible and also feels very secure. Thanks Sentinel!
