The person at the service was very nice and flexible to walk you through and help you find your locker location.
Excellent customer service. Liway was very personable and helpful.
Thought I'd look into wether I should give Sentinel 1 more chance after the disaster at their 410 Manning Road location. But I got the same fake insincere 1st time nice vibes... because after that, they absolutely don't care about being nice to you. They already have your money.
