Had a couple of initial bumps, but the Staff was extremely helpful, and very easy to deal with.
I feel like this company tried to overcharge me. I was told the smallest storage unit would cost $195 for 8 weeks, yet their own website shows it for under $100. When I questioned the difference and showed the website price, the employee suddenly claimed there were extra fees like employee costs and insurance. These “extra charges” were never clearly explained before quoting the higher price. This kind of pricing inconsistency is not acceptable. Clean, secure, and easy access. We rented a storage unit in Calgary while moving and everything stayed in excellent condition. Professional staff and straightforward pricing. Would definitely use this storage facility again.
