Great customer service Friendly and easy to use
The customer service was excellent. Information on renting was was easy to understand and excellently transmitted.
I normally don’t take the time to write reviews about storage units, but my experience with Sentinels Rental specifically the manning location was frustrating enough that I feel people should be aware before choosing to do business here. First, the location itself is poorly set up for customers. They advertise customer parking, but when I arrived, the only spaces available were taken by their own staff.
