The facility needs a booking system on the larger loading dock; I saw someone use a dock for several hours, which if you have movers on the clock is a disaster
I had an excellent experience with the entire process of renting a storage locker. It was easy to select the desired unit online and shortly after doing so, I received a phone call from a Sentinel representative to complete the process. She was incredibly kind and efficient. When I attended the location a few days later to attain my locker and entry code, the staff there were as pleasant as the representative I spoke to on the phone.
