I must say, I am rating this company with 5 stars. Hurricane Ian came and left.The security system was off-line as a result I call the company and they came out immediately...it was not their system...it was AT&T, the modem. I'd called AT&T before calling Sentinel Security. I would recommend this company hands up for your security needs!
Sentinel Security Systems went above and beyond for us! In an emergency situation we we're lucky they had the parts we needed and were able to solve our problem on a Saturday. Their service was impeccable and I am super appreciative of their response to a bad situation!
