I had a fantastic experience with Sentinel. Thought I had mice, but I ended up having rats (yuck). I worked with Erich who was just great. He answered all of my questions (of which I had many), talked me down from burning down the house since rats creep me out, and came back personally to clear the traps once they caught something.
