There is a hole in my living room that I have been given no status on when it’s going to get fixed. I was told to notify maintenance when the leak stopped. I have and was told nothing other than ok. Since they have switched maintenance teams there has been a huge lack of urgency. The HOA is keeps getting raised and nothing internal gets fixed. I’ve seen no progress in the gym but they have repaved the parking lot. The previous management would have us stay at a hotel until repairs were fixed or let us know in a timely manner... read more
