He is a very thorough and capable doctor with a great bedside manner.
Front desk friendly. Nurse asked why I was there. Showed her 3 spots I needed removed. dr comes in and removes one and tries running out while I'm trying to get questions answered. If I'd not went in their restroom I would have left w/this spot on my neck near my face still but saw it. They took me back again after a short wait and Kearse said I needed to make another appointment for surgery. I said surgery? LOL I reminded them this was my #1 complaint and I wasn't paying another $45 co-pay and come back so he says, this wil... read more
Office coordinator Kimberly cancelled my mothers appointment, which she waited months to get, after the office believed her insurance wouldn't be accepted. Upon checking on my mother's insistence, turns out they were wrong and could actually see her. However they gave away her appointment and would be able to see her in September (127 days away!). Rude! Unsympathetic. Poor customer service. No effort to make right the wrong they committed. Would NEVER recommend this practice.
The staff was excellent but Dr. Kearse left much to be desired in a caring physician. He treated me as though I was a "bother" to his schedule and sent me out in about 5 minutes regardng two brown scaley patches on my face. He told me they were nothing and not to worry about them. Well ??? My instinct, THANK GOD, kicked in and told me to get a second opinion.
