Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes

I was called into my appointment almost immediately and was seen very quickly. Dr. King and his staff paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Their staff was friendly enough, and I felt like my needs were mostly met. I did have one question the Dr. said he would look inot and get back in touch with me but he never did. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls.... read more
