Back in 2007 had Sentinel install alarm, central vacuum, and data cabling for my new home. Had several service calls on the alarm and Sentinel were prompt with their response. Vacuum and data cabling still working strongly. In 2024 updated alarm system to allow remote access via phone app and again great service from technician Spud. Ran into an access issue after major power outage in my area and Spud talked me through the problem resolution over the phone. Sentinel has been fantastic from start to finish. The service was prompt, professional, and seamless from the office staff to the technician who came out. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was resolved. Highly recommend Sentinel to anyone looking for a reliable alarm company.
