All the staff at Sentinel Alarms are very courteous , helpful & wonderful. I have been dealing with Sentinel Alarms since 25 years & their Products & Service is par excellence. Rod the Owner is very knowledgeable & Amazing. Last week Rod came with his team to install at my place, the latest Security System & connected it to the NBN. Rod & the team did an excellent & amazing job. If you want the best Security System & good professional quality, I would highly recommend Rod & his team at Sentinel Alarms.
Rod was simply outstanding with our service call on a newly bulit house alarm system. He helped to get us aware about great features using our security sentinel app and how to manage it. Very Happy and satisfied.
Sadly my alarm went off and I called the company for assistance but the lady said the warranty is only for 5 years and they can’t assist. I asked her to service the system and we will pay the cost but she refused saying they are busy and can’t do it. Sadly I won’t recommend anyone else to install their alarm and door bellsystem …
