I worked here. They seem to be the R word that ends with IST… personally they only want one color to work for or travel with them. I don’t support companies that still operate like this in 2023. Biased.
Be aware, Sentient Jet is no longer about customer service and no longer provides a reason to use them as a private jet service because they now act like a commercial airline. I highly suggest you shop around before renewing or entering a contract with Sentient as they are no longer who they advertise to be. They admitted to intentionally over booking their planes and then bumping people based on the mighty dollar.
