Received great care, was seen quickly, and everyone was very nice and attentive.
My 2 year old needed stitches. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was a great experience. The ladies signing everyone in were so nice. There’s two officers sitting in the waiting room, so that was definitely a plus! We were immediately put into a room. The doctor and the nurses were all attentive and took care of us quickly. They were all so nice. We were in and out within an hour.
Already did vitals, and have been waiting for way over 2 hours back in the waiting room because there are no available rooms. I am having a hard time sitting comfortably in the wheelchair because of the aching pain around my waistline, & stomach area. Btw, I am in my ‘nurse’ uniform.🤭 I gave them 3 stars because my daughter had baby here a month ago and the care was good. They took real good care of her and her baby.
Aimee and Katherine in the ER tonight were the most respectful, nice, informational, helpful and worked extremely fast to get my son the help he needed. They waisted no time to make sure he got what he needed and did everything they could to make him feel better. I’ve never had better experience EVER AT ANY HOSPITAL! I mean I’m on vacation and they gave me all materials I needed for him to be able to enjoy it!
Fast track is definitely not fast track. Been in back for almost an hour. Finally had to ask how much longer. Charge nurse told me the NP is tied up doing stitches that would take maybe an hour. Why would you put something like that in Fast track. Glad I am not dieing. At least at Riverside Fast Track is just that
