The medical staff and the security guards were very friendly and helpful. I think I sat in the waiting area a good 10-15 minutes before I was called back for vitals and consultation. After that I was taken directly to the room assigned to me and within about 5 minutes the porter came in to take me for an X-ray of my knee. After being wheeled back to the room, the PA came in to discuss my X-ray, examine my knee to better assess what was going on. After waiting 3 hours in the ER lobby I was seen by a very conscientious doctor and several nurses and after s few tests I was admitted and followed by several doctors from the cardiac department that ran several different cardiac tests and later prescribed muscle and nerve relaxers. After being admitted I was treated very conscientiously by both the doctors and nurses.
