My overall experience with Sentara has been extremely disappointing. I was initially assured that my visit would be fully covered by my insurance, and that there was no need to worry about my visit or billing (I was a new patient). That visit took place in January, and now, ten months later, I am still dealing with unresolved billing issues. The entire team at the Tanglewood location is terrific. They are compassionate and professional. I highly recommend them if you are in need of physical therapy with the best of the best.
