I was referred here after suffering a concussion and neck injury in a car accident. For 8 weeks I came here twice a week and had an amazing experience. I worked with just about every Physical Therapist/Specialist here. The staff here was fun, attentive, and, most importantly, professional. They gave me exercises that reflected my current progress and pushed me (within reason) until I was ready for the next stage. I would recommend anyone come here if they are in need of rehabilitation/recovery from an injury.
From my first day through my last PT session I felt ALL of the staff was very welcoming, and attentive. I've been to other facilities in the past, and this is by far the BEST PWC has to offer! Everyone is so caring, warm, and helpful. Dr. Laura Walter, Dr. Arkena Dailey, Paulette, and Cordell were the main ones I worked with. They are SUPERB in their field! we are new to sentara but so far they are wonderful ! Ve’lisa is super professional and kind in coordinating everything and helping patients and the therapists are all just as caring and helpful. big difference from inova outpatient where dealing with scheduling has long waits and not accommodating at all on scheduling
