Charges more for PT if you’re on insurance than if you are cash pay. Total scam! Refused to see me without paying something. $153 per visit plus billing insurance, but self pay is only $100 per visit. The price should be the price. Period.
I am a retired physical therapist and have been going for PT at this facility with Bridget Swift PT. I am also seeing Ebony Foreman LMT for massage therapy.I highly recommend these practitioners , they are both highly skilled in their fields and very caring and compassionate.The office staff is also very helpful and friendly, and the department itself has a great view of the Elizabeth River .
Never coming back here! Bunch of Hypocrites!
Dr Michele Henry is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any procedure she is using to help alleviate a problem I am experiencing. I always feel less stress after a session with her. The front desk check-in staff is also helpful and professional, especially Sue.
