Dr. Arslan was cold and unhelpful. He gave absolutely nothing towards patient care, compassion nor understanding. Zero empathy from this empty man. Some people should not be medical doctors. Especially those working with oncology patients. His receptionist could use some resources in kindness and professionalism as well. My family and I have recently moved here from out of state and have dealt with Sentara E.R. and now a specialist and have no desire to return. Worst medical care we've ever received.

Really did not need Lisa (receptionist) to put in her two cents on why i'm rescheduling my appointment, complaining that all the new patients are cancelling. It takes a minute to reschedule and go about your day. All I asked was to reschedule, not for the extra attitude on the side! People have jobs just like you do.
