I went to Windermere to get physical therapy because I was putting a medical induced coma for 8 days and I had to build strength in my legs before I could come home. I was put in Windermere and I would not recommend that for my cat. I could have made one phone call and had this place shut down! It does does have the most wonderful physical therapy department ❤️ The nurses have an attitude of a nursing home. I had to beg to get my bandage changed. The first bandage changed!! We had several communications with Kelly that were very pleasant. Communication with her was always great. Unfortunately our lovely experience quickly changed when we arrived to pick up our loved one at a back door (that was required to be used for patient pick up) we were met with trash and a filthy door. This was very alarming. Knowing the precautions being taken by everyone because of COVID 19 I would expect that the mandatory entrance and exit for patients and their belongings would be kept clean and not shared with tras... read more
