Oak Grove health and rehab is a very beautiful and clean facility. Management plus staff goes over and beyond to make sure their patients are well Taken care of! Families can leave here knowing that their loved ones are in good hands. They really aim to do their best and making it feel like a home away from home.
My father needed to be discharged to a Skilled Nursing Facility after his stay in the hospital. I was grateful for Regina working diligently to ensure bed availability. My dad’s case worker ensured his outpatient care was set up prior to discharge. All in all, his care team delivered quality care. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained.
The facility is very clean. The staff (all) have ben very kind to my mom. They're professional, friendly, accommodating and very helpful.
From the very beginning, our family felt an incredible sense of support and care from this facility.
