Very happy with my mother's care during her rehab stay of almost two weeks at Oak Grove. The staff worked diligently to help her recover from hip surgery and she was able to quickly return to her home. The nurses (Rebeca, Billy and Jemal) were especially helpful along with all the aides. The rehab center was also staffed with wonderful professionals who provided exceptional care.

Oak Grove health and rehab is a very beautiful and clean facility. Management plus staff goes over and beyond to make sure their patients are well Taken care of! Families can leave here knowing that their loved ones are in good hands. They really aim to do their best and making it feel like a home away from home.
My father needed to be discharged to a Skilled Nursing Facility after his stay in the hospital. I was grateful for Regina working diligently to ensure bed availability. My dad’s case worker ensured his outpatient care was set up prior to discharge. All in all, his care team delivered quality care. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained.
