Regina, with admissions, was extremely helpful. The PT and OT staff are phenomenal. The nursing staff are very caring. The food however, has much to be desired.
Sometimes it really does take a village to care for a family member — and we’re grateful Oak Grove was part of ours.

The custom service is top tier. Monique has great energy and is very efficient. When I'm here with my students they appreciate her so much. Food is always good and made to order.
DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE... I was a rehab patient here from 4/21 thru 7/25 and suffer to this day from their negligence. When I was admitted I was recovering from surgical wounds brought about by a diabetic infection. The care was terrible, especially while confined to bed FOR TWO YEARS! I had to ask for every single thing I needed, every single day. No one came in daily to make sure I had enough water, or clean sheets, toothbrush and paste.
