Dr Anand is a very nice man. However, Paitent Porthole associated with this practice is a disaster. Records are always out of date and missing. I don't think they care too much about operating Paitent Porthole like it should be. Follow-up is also poor.
This place is wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly. I never wait very long for my appointment. The best thing about it is Dr Anand, he is the best doctor I have ever been to...and I have been to many. Dr Anand is patient, compassionate, and he takes the time to listen to his patients instead of rushing to get on to the next.
Sad to say that I and quite a few family members are leaving the practice. We have been going for years and Dr. A is awesome and has always been good to us and attentive, but his receptionist is absolute trash! She thinks she is some kind of gate keeper for the office. I come all the way down from Northern va to see him, and at one point I had an appt back in September and instead of her calling and saying there had been a change with my appt and calling ahead to let me know, I drove all the way down only to be told the doct... read more
