This office is rude and so unorganized. Getting an appointment is next to impossible unless you can wait three weeks or more. Not at all helpful. No wonder illness spreads like wild fire in this area, folks have plenty of time to stay sick and spread it waiting weeks to see a doctor. When you finally do get an appointment they will wait for you to get all the way there and reschedule you. I have simply been trying to obtain a fax number. The first time I called I was told multiple times by the automated system that my estimated wait time was one minute. SIXTEEN minutes later I had to hang up to do something else. I have currently been on hold for another 8 minutes and was told the wait time was TWO. Here's an idea....put all of your contact information on your website so that people don't get irritated before even coming to your office.

Honestly, I love doctor Duggan. She is a sweet lady who acts like she truly cares about her patients. As for the staff, I would not say the same. When I call the office the receptionist is always rude. Always. I can't stress that enough. I have been waiting on test results over a week now. I called two days ago (at one week) and still haven't had a call back. After 9am the phones were still set to a "closed" recording (office opens at 8:30). The staff does not care about you.
