I came to the ER to be seen and I’m still in the waiting area but I was moved to leave this review because from walking in the door, the security has been VERY careful to make sure everyone stayed distanced and had masks if wanted and they wiped down chairs and computers promptly between each person. I usually go to other ERs and have never seen the security so proactive with sanitizing and I am super impressed. This is a pure triage emergency medical center that stabilizes and treats. It does not diagnose, offer long term care, or have the capacity for continual observation with low staffing and funding. Basically, they do the best they can with what corporate gives them. Just get it documented is the most important thing with the diagnosis given and meds (if applicable). Utilize your PCM to do extensive diagnosis or get refferals. This facility cannot offer psychiatric, psychological, or long term illness relief.

Came to the Emergency room with my belly button bleeding. They said to clean it and they were giving me Antibiotics. When I was leaving I overheard the nurses making fun of me

My goodness... The wait time is so long. I was thinking about making hotel reservations here. Eating dinner than checking back in the morning...
